Yingxin Zhu

Yingxin Zhu is a professor of School of Architecture, Tsinghua University, China. She received B.Sc. and PhD degrees both from Tsinghua University. She is currently the Chair of National Steering Committee for HVAC Education, a fellow the ISIAQ Academy and Chair of STC33 of ISIAQ, and a fellow of IBPSA. Her research focuses on thermal comfort and sustainable buildings. She is leading/have led a number of high profile government funded projects and IEA-EBC Annex 69, published over 130 papers in peer reviewed journals, and received a number of awards such as Awards of Culture Heritage Conservation from UNESCO, Inouye Asia International Award from Japanese SHASE, and more than a dozen awards from the Chinese government and academic organizations for her academic and teaching achievements.
